Dispatch No. 75-1015-25
Issued: 15 October 2025
Classification: Public Enlightenment Directive
Subject: Moscow’s Magic Pages & Washington’s Useful Delusions — The Great JFK File Transfer of 2025
Citizens of the Narrative,
Rejoice, for history has once again been rescued from the grubby hands of “evidence” and delivered into the far safer custody of Speculation, Political Theatre, and Strategic Illusion.
Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna has reportedly received a 350-page Soviet-era “dossier” on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy—hand-carried, we are told, by the Russian Ambassador like a diplomatic pizza delivery with extra conspiracy. American media, being the reliable torchbearers of hysteria and half-quotes, are already frothing like Labradors at a sausage festival.
Let us review the glorious situation:
SECTION I
[REDACTED — CONTENT WITHHELD DUE TO EXCESSIVE PUBLIC CURIOSITY AND INSUFFICIENT SEDATION]
SECTION II
[REDACTED — DISCLOSURE WOULD ENDANGER NATIONAL COHERENCE AND SPOIL THE THIRD ACT TWIST]
SECTION III
[REDACTED — CLASSIFICATION LEVEL: DON’T EVEN PRETEND YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO SEE THIS]
SECTION IV: The Situation We’re Allowed to Pretend We Understand
🕯️ The Official Story (Version 1.0, Subject to Mood Swings)
The Russian Embassy in Washington has allegedly provided Luna with a hard-copy compilation of “declassified Soviet materials” regarding JFK.
The handoff was private, undocumented by archivists, unverified by historians, and—importantly—unimpaired by responsibility.
Luna has promised to translate, review, and eventually upload the materials—presumably after they have been thoroughly purified of boring truths.
Russia has not deposited any materials with the U.S. National Archives, because that would establish a factual paper trail. Nobody wants that.
🪆 Strategic Interpretations for the Masses
The Ministry has identified three possible operational explanations:
Diplomatic Trolling Initiative, Phase II
Russia supplies the U.S. with just enough “maybe” to induce congressional seizures and cable news seizures.
American Political Performance Art
Luna positions herself as the Freedom Courier of Truth™, protector of secrets once denied to Congress in the 1990s—documents she has not yet shown to a single archivist.
Joint Psychological Enrichment Program
Both sides enjoy the spectacle: Russia appears cooperative, the U.S. looks outraged or enlightened (depending on channel), and the public gains another reason to argue with strangers online.
🧻 What We Actually Have Right Now
No scans
No authentication
No chain of custody
No publication
No archivist review
No confirmation that the “350 pages” aren’t just photocopied Soviet cafeteria menus paperclipped to a chapter of the Warren Commission Report
Translation: We possess a claim about a document, not a document.
And Yet—America Already Believes Three Different Things:
“The Russians just exposed the CIA!”
“This proves Oswald acted alone—but in a foreign language!”
“This is a deepfake planted by Martians working through the FSB!”
All valid, naturally.
SECTION V: The Ministry’s Document Verification Protocol™
To maintain the illusion of intellectual rigor, the Ministry hereby issues the Checklist of Authorized Skepticism to be deployed the moment Luna releases (or invents) the file.
✅ 1. Provenance Audit
Where were the originals stored?
Which institution “declassified” them, and when?
Does any Russian archival database list the documents’ fund, inventory number, or storage index?
✅ 2. Chain-of-Custody Reconstruction
Who transferred it to whom, through which physical or digital route?
Was it certified by Rosarkhiv, FSB archives, or Uncle Sergey’s photocopier?
✅ 3. Archival Consistency Check
Are page formats, stamps, languages, and signatures consistent with known KGB or party records of the period?
Do fonts, header styles, and paper aging match 1960s materials—or 2020s cosplay?
✅ 4. Cross-Referencing Protocol
Does it align—or hilariously contradict—already known documentation about Oswald’s Soviet years?
Any references to non-existent agencies, modern terminology, or “as seen on Netflix”?
✅ 5. Translation Integrity Review
Who translates it?
Will it be done by historians or by Tim from Accounting using Google Lens?
✅ 6. Historian and Archivist Scrutiny
Has any reputable Cold War scholar touched the material?
Can any institution authenticate even a page of it?
✅ 7. Publication Traceability
When it goes online (if ever), is it released as a facsimile archive or as a patriotic Word doc with highlights and emojis?
✅ 8. Digital Forensic Screening
Scans? Metadata? Pagination errors? Recycled stationery?
Invisible watermark reading “Property of Fox News”?
✅ 9. Content Plausibility
Do names, operations, and dates correspond to known KGB records—or to Reddit threads from 2015?
✅ 10. Strategic Motive Assessment
Why now? Why via Luna?
What does Moscow gain, and what does Washington think it’s gaining?
FINAL DECLARATION
Until the pages appear, verified and dissected by people who can pronounce “archivist” without blinking, this remains what the Ministry classifies as:
Category E-4: Politically Valuable Paperwork-Shaped Rumor
Should the documents emerge, we will deploy the full Rhetorical Autopsy Brigade using the above checklist. If they do not emerge, we will continue to enjoy the performance.
In either case:
Trust Nothing. Question Everything. Obey the Ministry.™
